If you’ve trained for years, eaten “right”, and still feel like your results and energy don’t match the effort, I was you.

I’ve been the sporty, high-performing one my whole life but once my thirties hit, cravings, cramps and mood swings made my old plans useless. Discipline wasn’t the problem. My rhythm had changed.

So I built a simple system that linked my training, food and cycle into one weekly plan. Everything stabilised – body, energy, mood based in science – without turning health into a second job.
